This is another genre that was hard to choose only five books for. Almost all the books I read are indie, so that should tell you what I think of this genre. :D There are alot of wonderful Christian indie authors out there! I think another reason I find myself reading so heavily in this genre is because it's something I would like to do one day. (For those not familiar with it, an indie book is a book written by an independent author, or in other words, an author who, instead of following the traditional route of publishing through a publishing house, publishes their own book. It's also referred to as "self-publishing.") But, on to five of my personal favorite indie books that you just might want to check out as well! ;) Stop the Rain
Gift From the Storm
Red Rover, Red Rover
The Secret Slipper
Sustainer's Smile
Don't forget to check out the links to the other blog posts and giveaway over on Once Upon an Ordinary if you haven't already! And then of course today's daily ebook deal! (Like before, do use your own discretion about which books would be personally good for you!) Have you read any of these?

Oh, well, if you've read both Gift from the Storm and Red Rover, Red Rover, then maybe I can let you go about not having read Little Women. :P And, yes, Stop the Rain is good. It's almost not one you would fangirl over, but it's good. <3

Yes! Those both, not being frightening and being clear on what was going on, was something I enjoyed as well!

STOP THE RAIN. I literally just internally squealed. Oh man, I ADORE that book. Harley is... oh man, I just wanted to help him so bad somehow! Which is kinda the point of the whole book, right? ;) I recognize all of those books/authors except the Secret Slipper. TBR is growing this week!
